A goalie’s pads should protect the front of their legs but will not necessarily protect the sides or the femoral artery between their legs, which if cut, could very well create a life-or-death situation if immediate medical attention is not given.

Cut Resistant Ice Hockey Pants For Goalies and Players have been designed to help protect ice hockey goalies and players from cut injuries throughout their whole lower rear body plus the upper front.

The Goalieguard™ pants are lightweight and soft to the touch. They are made with a remarkable cut resistant material named Cut-Tuff® and are fully lined with a 100% polyester mesh in order to feel more comfortable against the skin when sweating.
